patterson needs us

    at 13, he wrote his first tune. it was a theme for an imaginary radio program. it was called "as the moon orbits" and was written on a small lap keyboard using programed beats and left hand chords.

    at 14 he picked up his first guitar. it was a fender classical. it was  rejected by his aunt after her brief delve into a new hobby and ended up in his closet when his mother  decided it was taking up too much room in hers.

    at 15 he wrote his first song on the guitar. it was then that he realized that he wouldnt be able to stop doing that. so he joined forces with his three friends, danielle, jeremy, and miley. danielle was a the bassist and lyrical colaberator. jeremy was a drummer of tremendous vigor and talent. miley was the guitarist and a song writer. they created the 90s grunge-esque quartet called "sonya joyfold presents".

 

in 1998 they all went their separate ways. 

 

                   he continued to write and eventually record much more music.
